I was browsing through some old posts and I remembered Leo's post about "The best developer in the Philippines" and decided to also share my own experience while working with Rod even for just a few months.

Here are my thoughts:

Simply Brilliant

When it comes to development he is one of a kind, really! He is proficient and does not over design things. He is your ideal developer or architect.

Humble

Great people don’t brag about things. They simply keep quite. Rod is just like this - a humble dude.

I will add some more thoughts later because it’s almost 4 am already…zzzzzzz.....
